Seek a consultant highly experienced in using ATLAS.ti to prepare and conduct an analysis of documents related to 58 Theories of Change (TOCs) WRI has developed. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with PGSE analysis in international development or environmental contexts, familiarity with Theory of Change frameworks and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems, and will have strong writing and synthesis skills.

Reducing Nature Crime in the Amazon: Deploying Technology, Targeting Financial Crime and Enhancing Transboundary Cooperation. The consultant, or team of consultants, will undertake the following activities: Provide expert advice to WRI and its implementing partners (WRI Colombia, Rainforest Foundation US and Fundacion para la Conservacion y el Desarrollo Sostenible Peru) to finalize the project workplan, as well as support workplan implementation including participating in project team by-weekly meetings and providing support on the areas below; Support the design and organization of a 3-days Tech Camp event focusing on countering illegal logging and illegal gold mining in the Peruvian Amazon. Responsibilities include: Provide input on the agenda and event methodology; As needed, provide support in moderating and leading the event; Provide input in the identification of opportunities and next steps.

Provide TerraFund Tree Field Verification. Implementation, development and outputs of the Field Verification Protocol. The contract outputs will include a tree count of existing mature trees on restoration sites, a count of seedlings and saplings on restoration sites, and an assessment report identifying protocol effectiveness, with delivery expected in four to six months.
