Reducing Nature Crime in the Amazon: Deploying Technology, Targeting Financial Crime and Enhancing Transboundary Cooperation. The consultant, or team of consultants, will undertake the following activities: Provide expert advice to WRI and its implementing partners (WRI Colombia, Rainforest Foundation US and Fundacion para la Conservacion y el Desarrollo Sostenible Peru) to finalize the project workplan, as well as support workplan implementation including participating in project team by-weekly meetings and providing support on the areas below; Support the design and organization of a 3-days Tech Camp event focusing on countering illegal logging and illegal gold mining in the Peruvian Amazon. Responsibilities include: Provide input on the agenda and event methodology; As needed, provide support in moderating and leading the event; Provide input in the identification of opportunities and next steps.
