Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the construction of upgrades, repairs, and new construction to enhance base infrastructure and various facilities, to include all services for installing new iron picket perimeter security fence with masonry posts, removal and repair of parts of existing chain link fence; filling holes with compacted soil in demolished sections of existing fence. Demolishing existing gate operator, concrete island, access control, etc; saw cutting pavement and patching as required. Installation and/or modification to conduit for power and communications wiring. Contractor to install fence and all associated security components.

Need of a highline dock to assist in cargo storage, pallet train build up, and supplement cargo movements. Highline Dock 1 each – Dock would be at least 26 feet overall length. Needs to hold at least (3) 463L pallets. Delivery, assembly and installation need to be included. See outside link.

Remove (1) one existing 150 hp air compressor from the main hangar. The removed unit will remain the property of the 164th; therefore, no disposal services are required. In its place, the contractor shall furnish and install two new rotary screw air compressors in accordance with specification provided.
