The contract is a firm fixed-price base year with four one-year options, set aside as a Total Small Business (WOSB) procurement, and requires state certification for applicators, rapid emergency/mission-critical response times, and adherence to Fort Jackson’s Integrated Pest Management Plan. The Government will evaluate proposals using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach; proposals must be submitted electronically by December 16, 2025, and there is a mandatory site visit on December 9, 2025.
