The Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Environmental Quality seeks proposals for Clean Screen and Remote Sensing Services, including Clean Screen and High Emitter identification. The contract term is three years with optional renewals. The services are part of the On-Road Emissions program, which includes components for identifying high-emitting vehicles and offering clean screen passes for low-emission vehicles. The proposal requires experience in similar services for governmental or private entities.

Provide 8x12x8 cottage building structure shall include 3'0 - 6'8 6-panel pre-hung exterior fiberglass door installed in the center 8' wall; exterior entry knob installed; install a shed style roof/awning over entry door, shingles to match roof 8' stud walls; 4/12 pitch roof with weathered wood 30yr, architectural shingles installed over felt paper with metal ridge vent; 7/16" exterior wall & roof sheathing with "techshield"; exterior walls wrapped in a "tyvek" like product; exterior walls shall be insulated; 5" overhand on eaves & amp; flush gable; floor and wall framing shall be 12" oc; 2"x6" pressure-treated floor joists with insulation; 2"x4" ceiling joists 16" oc, no 2"x6" center beam.
