Demolishing 3 fine screens and 2 screw conveyors and installing 3 new owner-furnished fine screens with control panels and 2 owner-furnished screw conveyors, demolishing 3 aeration blowers and installing 3 owner-furnished turbo blowers and an owner-furnished control panel, demolishing an engine generator along with its transfer switch and fuel tank and installing an owner-furnished generator and owner-furnished transfer switches, provide 2 new noncontact flow meters, provide new controls.

The work shall consist of miscellaneous concrete panel replacements. Work to include approximately 850 square yards of concrete pavement removal and replacement. Additional work to include replacement of 10 traffic signal loops prior to concrete replacement.
