The Contractor shall conduct an annual on-site physical inspection and maintenance of all components of the HF ALE systems to include: Radio (Transceiver); Power Supply; Radio Consoles and Components; Antenna / Antenna Mounts; Cabling. The contractor shall also make system configuration changes as needed to maintain optimum system performance to include: Adjust antenna for optimal performance as required; Perform Software & Firmware Upgrades as required; Update Radio Programming for operation on Government authorized HF ALE networks; Remote quarterly Communications Test support with each system at all sites. The scope is to provide a wide range of event planning support, including: Event and project management; Site selection and facility reservations; Audiovisual and Information Technology (IT) support; Promotion and marketing; On-site registration support; Coordination with third-party participants; No-cost contracting: Some task orders can be structured as "no-cost contracts" for the Government. In this case, the Contractor covers all costs in exchange for collecting registration, sponsorship, or exhibition fees.
