Remove and dispose of existing signage, sign brackets, anchors/fasteners, abandoned conduit, non-working/dangling wires, deteriorated/rusted accessories, and other non-original accessories on the building facade. Make safe and terminate any live electrical or low-voltage systems associated with removed elements. Follow local codes and utility rules for electrical termination. Anchors & penetrations: extract or cut flush. Patch holes to match adjacent substrate. Remove and dispose of visibly rusted/deteriorated non-original metal accessories; clean any rust staining from facade.
