Project consists of but is not limited to: selective brick removal and replacement to facilitate removal and replacement of degraded lintels. New lintel installation includes steel angle lintel, through wall stainless steel flashing, weeps and installation of new thru wall weeps. New lintels to be field painted along with select existing lintels to remain. Additional work includes selective repointing of brick masonry, removal and replacement of sealant joints at portions of the water table, concrete stoop cap repairs, sealing perimeter of concrete walks to walls and replacement of one concrete stoop.
