This Master Subscription Agreement between salesforce.com, inc. and the University of Nebraska System, effective July 1, 2021, governs the customer's use of Salesforce's online services and content for a term of ten years. The agreement outlines definitions, responsibilities of both parties, usage terms, fees and payment obligations (specified in separate Order Forms), proprietary rights, confidentiality, warranties, indemnification, and limitations of liability. It also includes a Data Processing Addendum detailing the processing of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
