Replace the Canada Creek bridge includes 1 LS removal of existing structure, 35.2 SY sawcut and remove existing asphalt, 60 tons graded aggregate base, 24 CY 50'x12.5' bridge with concrete abutment and wingwall, 100 ton riprap scour protection.
Replace the roof on the county courthouse building. Removal and replacement of approx. 29,000 SF of existing roofing. Work includes: 1. Removal of existing roofing systems, flashings, insulation, sheet metal, abandoned penetrations, and associated components down to the structural deck or existing insulation as indicated. 2. Minor structural deck repairs and infill of abandoned openings. 3. Installation of new tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system (minimum R-30) with positive slope to drains. 4. Installation of new fully adhered 80 mil TPO single-ply roofing system with a 25-year NDL manufacturer’s warranty. 5. Installation of new retrofit roof drains and overflow drainage components. 6. Installation of new refabricated fascia system, flashings, edge metal, and associated sheet-metal work in accordance with SMACNA standards and ANSI/SPRI ES-1. 7. Installation of new expansion joint assemblies, walkway pads, and other roof accessories. 8. Raising or extending existing penetrations, curbs, and supports as required to meet code-required minimum heights above finished roof surfaces. 9. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disconnections and reconnections as required to accommodate new insulation thicknesses and curb elevations. 10. Application of sealants, terminations, and waterproofing transitions. 11. Cleaning and water testing of existing and new drainage piping and connections.
