This unrestricted Invitation for Bid (NAICS 237990) estimates the contract between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, requires performance to start within 15 days of award and completion within 970 consecutive calendar days (Amendment 0001 updated completion days). A mandatory site visit was scheduled for 02 December 2025, questions are to be submitted via ProjNet, and the updated bid submission deadline is January 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.
