Repair project is to conduct maintenance repairs of the rubble mound breakwater by resetting existing stone in damaged areas from the root to the head of the structure, and to provide new stones as needed in some locations. He major elements of this project include: pre-mobilization activities; compliance with all applicable environmental requirements; mobilization, which includes preparation of temporary construction staging; acquiring and delivering needed stone to the site; repair of the damaged areas; replacement of a concrete slab pedestal for the aid to navigation; and demobilization, which includes the restoration of the temporary construction staging area to its original condition.

Construction of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar - Construct a medium standard design Aircraft Maintenance Hangar for rotary wing aircraft. The project will include an aircraft hangar, associated maintenance shops, shop administration area, maintenance support area, Tech Supply and Parts Storage, Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) Shop, Maintenance Company Headquarters, a hazardous materials storage building, POL Storage building, Ground Support Equipment (GSE)covered storage, Associated Support Items of Equipment(ASIOE)covered storage, hangar access apron, aircraft washing apron, cyber security, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV),Intrusion Detection System (IDS)installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by a selfcontained system.
