The consultant shall perform the following tasks: facilities needs assessment: step one - existing conditions: provide a report evaluating the current condition of the public safety / town hall site and buildings, including structure, layout, space use, functionality, and environmental constraints; step two - 20-year projection: forecast staffing and facility needs over the next 20 years based on projected growth, staffing trends, and public service needs; step three - goal setting: conduct a goal-setting workshop with the select board, town manager, and key staff.
