Project includes enhancements of an existing roundabout. Hardscape elements include finished concrete flatwork and C.I.P foundations for various site elements. Softscape includes sculpted berms, standard plantings, and sod. A stone veneer retaining wall encompasses much of the roundabout. Metal fabrication is not in this contract, but will need to be coordinated with the company noted in the specifications. Lighting is shown for the metal letters and will be installed as part of this contract. Lighting for the perforated panels is not included in this contract, but installation of electrical components and wiring necessary to power the lights is included. Refer to contract documents.
