Seeking qualified design-build teams to provide professional design, construction, and contract administration services for the new fire station no. 5 facility. Provide pre-construction, design, construction, construction administration and post construction turnkey activities for this project resulting in a finished, fully usable facility that satisfies all project requirements and contract terms. Provide project planning including assistance in the preparation of a schedule, preliminary cost estimate and value engineering measures. Develop final site and building design plans for review, comment and approval by the town. The plans will become property of the town. See outside link.

Seeking qualified, licensed hvac commercial contractors for the purchase, installation, and servicing and maintenance of new indoor air quality control equipment for a natatorium and the decommission and removal of existing equipment. Replacement equipment shall incorporate the needed space cooling, heating, dehumidification, and ventilation needs of the end user. Replacement equipment shall have controls that allow its setpoints to be adjusted by the end user. Replacement equipment shall have the ability to increase and/or decrease air exchange rates based on usage. All materials used in the installation of the air stream of the equipment shall be rated corrosion resistant due to the caustic nature of an indoor pool environment. See outside link.
