The Town of Chesapeake Beach seeks a contractor to provide laboratory analysis services for its Water Reclamation Treatment Plant, including semi-weekly nutrient analysis, semi-annual sludge analysis, annual whole effluent toxicity and toxic chemical analyses, and a one-year PFAS study. The contract term is one year with up to four optional one-year extensions and requires a minimum of seven years’ relevant laboratory experience, provision of sample containers and chain-of-custody, timely transport and reporting, and participation in EPA DMR-QA. Insurance naming the Town as additional insured and timely delivery of results (within seven calendar days) are required.

The Town of Chesapeake Beach issued an RFP to procure laboratory analysis services for its Water Reclamation Treatment Plant (WRTP) to ensure compliance with Maryland Department of the Environment discharge permit requirements. Services include semi-weekly nutrient analysis, semi-annual sludge analysis, annual WET and toxic chemical analyses, and a one-year PFAS study; all analyses must be conducted in an MDE-certified facility. The contract term is one year with up to four one-year extensions and work is to be performed at the Town's WRTP at 8200 Bayside Rd, Chesapeake Beach, MD.
