Town of Beaumont seeks a qualified engineering firm to provide full-service engineering for FY2026 CDBG project implementation, including cost estimates, preliminary design, plans and specifications, bid document distribution and tabulation, construction contract assistance, pre-construction conference, construction inspection, approval of payment requests, and project closeout. Proposals are evaluated on Qualifications (40 points), Experience (40 points), and Capacity for Performance (20 points); sealed proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk. Contracts will be fixed-price per the CDBG fee scale.

The work generally consists of levee stabilization and grading of the wastewater lagoon slope and installation of riprap. Work includes approx. 1 LS mobilization, 1 LS general site work, 200 TN 825 crushed limestone access road repair.
