Learn more →The SC Education Lottery issued an emergency Purchase Order (PO) to provide continuation of contractual services related to the production of advertising procured through a competitive bid process and awarded under Contract Number 4400019673 effective October 9, 2018. This emergency contract is necessary to prevent a lapse in provision of this critical service for the agency and shall remain in effect to the earlier of one year or until a new contract is awarded and implemented. The total estimated dollar amount of the purchase is not expected to exceed an annual estimate of the total award amount. SCEL is providing public notice of this emergency purchase in accordance with Section 11-35-1570(B) and Regulation 19-445.2110(F) of the South Carolina Procurement Code.
