The contractor will review and evaluate approximately 85 LIHTC market studies annually to ensure conformance with the Qualified Allocation Plan, verify findings and calculations, and produce detailed compliance reports; bidders must demonstrate specific LIHTC experience and meet staffing, education, and insurance requirements. The contract is fixed-price per market study (not to exceed $600 per study in 2026), begins in February 2026 with up to four one-year renewals, and requires vendor registration with the State of South Carolina; sealed bids are due January 23, 2026.
