The contractor will review and evaluate approximately 85 LIHTC market studies annually to ensure conformance with the Qualified Allocation Plan, verify findings and calculations, and produce detailed compliance reports; bidders must demonstrate specific LIHTC experience and meet staffing, education, and insurance requirements.
