The project generally consists of improvements to an existing school campus consisting of: Remove existing chain link, sleeve new line posts over existing galvanized line posts where possible, grout and/or button weld new post to existing. Seal weld with rubberized matching black paint. Install new 1", black, vinyl coated mesh, including top and bottom rails as noted in contract documents.

Construction of new girls and boys, (2) staff restrooms and utility room in existing multi-purpose building. Work includes, remodel of existing building to construct restrooms for students and staff, demolition of existing flooring and base, electrical items, wall mounted speaker, tv monitor and mount, electrical control cabinet, portable ahu, and existing portable storage cabinet, construction of (2) new accessible staff toilet rooms, (1) boys restroom with 3 water closets, (1) girls restroom with (3) water closets, installation of plumbing fixtures and accessories, and all applicable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing related work.
