The project consists of complete preparation and installation of the infield playing surface, including grading, base material placement, soil conditioning, and the application of infield mix. Work shall also include installation of pitcher's mound, home plate area, bases, and transition areas.

The fence will be 4 FT high starting from each dugout and continuing around the entire outfield. On both the right and left sides of the field, the fence will extend 100 FT from each dugout, leaving an open space closer to the right and left foul lines. The gates next to each dugout will also be 4 FT high. The distance from home plate to both the right and left foul lines is 210 FT. The distance from the center of the pitching rubber to the center-field fence is 172 FT. Remove the center-field gate. Remove the gates next to the right and left foul poles and replace with 21’ of 4’ fencing.
