The Rhode Island Lottery is seeking qualified proposers to provide complete sports wagering solutions, including full-service offerings with hardware, software, data networks, and integrated sports book services, for Retail and/or Online channels.

Provide complete sports wagering solutions ("service provider"), for retail and/or online channels, acting on behalf of and under the direction of the lottery. The initial resulting contract term shall be for a period of five (5) years and may be extended by mutual consent for one (1) successive five-year (5-year) term.

The Rhode Island Lottery Commission is soliciting qualifications from sports wagering service providers to operate retail and/or online sports wagering in Rhode Island, providing hardware, software, data networks, and fully integrated sportsbook services for a five-year contract with an optional five-year extension. The provider must demonstrate experience operating sports wagering services in the US, financial capability, compliance with state and federal laws (including responsible gaming and integrity monitoring), and the ability to provide a secure and reliable platform.
