Skanska USA Building, Inc., as GC/CM for Renton School District, invites sealed bids for the Renton High School Replacement Home Demolition & Abatement (Phase 3) covering BP 02C Demolition & Abatement and BP 32C Hydroseeding. Bids are due at the Renton School District Facilities Operations and Maintenance Center on November 19, 2025 (09:00 AM for BP 02C and 09:30 AM for BP 32C), with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 3, 2025.

Work includes replace four existing air handlers with new, provide new ductwork and hydronic piping to accommodate installation, provide new heating and chilled water coil connections to six air handlers, refurbish two existing air handlers, provide new controls for six air handlers, move stage ductwork and piping and provide new to allocate space for new stage rigging line sets, replace cooling unit in dimming control room with new, provide mechanical cooling to theater control booth, replace existing theater lighting and control system within the pac with new.

Add new hydronic piping throughout the building to convert existing two-pipe changeover system to a four-pipe system including: Replacement of all fan coil units and all fans; controls upgrade; testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC system; commissioning of new control system; and electrical work to support upgrades.
