Launching a capital campaign to design, build, and open the Chief Standing Bear Museum & Cultural Center by May 12, 2028* (Chief Standing Bear Day). This cultural destination will honor the legacy of Chief Standing Bear, preserve Ponca heritage, and serve as a hub for education, art, research, and community engagement. The Tribe seeks a qualified marketing and communications firm to develop and implement a comprehensive suite of capital campaign marketing materials and strategies that will inspire donors, engage stakeholders, and build national visibility for the campaign.

The Work includes of the improvements on the Agency grounds including pavement of the roads (currently gravel), new sidewalks and ADA parking spaces, pavement of RV spaces, water and electricity to the RV spaces, an new parking lot (part concrete paved, part gravel), a new dump station and a new restroom/shower house. The Restroom / Shower House Building is a new one story, wood-framed building. The Work includes but is not limited to: wood framing; cast-in-place concrete foundation walls; concrete slab on grade; metal siding (trim & soffit panels; metal roof, gutters and downspouts; hollow metal frames and doors, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Sitework will include earthwork and grading, concrete paving, site utilities and erosion control. Owner-provided work on this project includes two septic systems and a new well near the dump station.
