Procurement of a Fee Accounting Services Contract, the scope of which shall include those fee accounting services associated with the operation and management of all housing programs administered by authority. The term of this contract shall be for a period of 3 years beginning January 1st, 2026 and shall ran through December 31st, 2028, with authority having the discretion to extend the agreement with two (2) one (1) year renewal periods that would be accepted individually.

Soliciting proposals detailing qualifications and pricing from individuals and films interested in providing legal services. This involves dealing with complex legal and policy issues and requires interaction with management, appointed officials, local, state, and federal court systems, and other administrative agencies. It is expected that the individual or firm will be able to provide authority with knowledge, skills, services and abilities in a variety of areas. Qualified legal service films are invited to submit a proposal for a Legal Services Agreement. The term of this Legal Services Agreement shall be for a period of 3 years beginning October 1st, 2025 and shall run through September 30th, 2028.
