Seeking consultants to conduct an assessment on foodservice management operations for the provision of meals, with the goal of improving the quality, nutritional value and acceptance of food provided to people incarcerated in the Philadelphia Department of Prisons. It is preferred for applicants to have foodservice and nutrition expertise and experience consulting with correctional facilities and providing recommendations for improvements. A review of operations, interviews with the incarcerated population should also be considered. Additional consultant to include preparation of meals, storage, retherm, and delivery should be analyzed and recommendations made.
