The Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) is soliciting consulting services to develop, update, and implement an adaptable Strategic Plan aligned with the Governor’s priorities, and to provide process improvement facilitation and a transferable tracking tool. Work includes facilitating leadership and staff meetings, updating mission/vision/goals and DEI integration, aligning performance metrics, and producing an action plan with timelines and resource estimates. The solicitation may result in multi-award contracts for one year with potential renewals and the period of performance is expected to complete by July 1, 2027.

The Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) issued an Invitation to Bid for maintenance and repair of the electrical system at the Shutter Creek property, including an initial assessment and repairs followed by ongoing maintenance and emergency response. Work is organized in two phases: Phase 1 (inspection, testing, and initial repairs with a written findings report) and Phase 2 (quotes and repairs as approved, annual inspections, and 24-hour emergency response). The period of performance is anticipated to begin December 2025 and must be completed by June 30, 2027; place of performance is 95200 Shutters Landing Ln., North Bend, Oregon.
