ONWASA requests bids to remove and replace existing 8-inch ductile iron discharge piping and fittings (AWWA C151/C115, class 350), associated 3" back-pressure/relief valves, flanges/fasteners, and chemical injection quills at three Black Creek well sites (Well #8, #12, #13). Scope includes demolition, below-grade piping replacement, concrete saw-cut and repair, disinfection and bacterial testing, supply/installation of specified retractable injection quills (or approved equal), pressure testing, and site restoration. Key vendor qualifiers: provide all labor, equipment and materials; hold a valid North Carolina Utilities Contractor license; attend mandatory site visits to all sites; submit pricing on the provided bid form; comply with insurance, E-Verify, and warranty requirements.
