The contractor will provide: Lenel OnGuard Software Upgrade and Support Plan (SUSP-PRO-TR-3). This standard Lenel software upgrade and support plan provides software updates as well as telephone support during normal business hours (8am-5pm). This item is a fixed annual price offered by Lenel through its certified dealer network. This phone support is provided by Lenel and does not require any on-site personnel at DOT. This SUSP will cover the Lenel OnGuard system currently in use at the U.S. Department of Transportation Headquarters. See attached file.

The requirements describe a single award food service management contract to design, construct, operate, and manage a multi vendor food court comprised of two office facilities totaling approx. 1.7 million square feet and serving a workforce of around 6,500 personnel. The kitchen is approx. 3,500 SF, Servery is approx. 5,500 square feet and the East Atrium is 7,000 SF respectively. See attached file.

The Contractor shall complete the requirements under four (4) main tasks as described below: Base Tasks: Under Task 1, the Contractor shall hold a kick-off meeting and develop a project management and work plan. Under Task 2, the Contractor will provide BTS with direct access to up-to-date schedule and route network data, in the Generalized Transit Feed Specification Schedule (GTFS-Schedule 11 ) format, from all scheduled intercity bus Providers from which they currently have requisite access so it can update the Intercity Bus Atlas on a regular 12 basis.
