The government anticipates issuing a solicitation under FAR subpart 8.4 using the GSA Multiple Award Schedule and intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance up to 5 years. Responses must be from active GSA MAS contract holders registered in SAM.gov, certified as Small Business, and the requirement is a local area set-aside within a 50-mile radius of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
