The Department of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), on behalf of the Office of Human Capital, seeks to establish a department-wide Retirement Specialists Support (RSS) vehicle to provide advisory, counseling, records analysis, and federal benefits retirement processing support across Treasury bureaus. The government anticipates issuing a solicitation under FAR subpart 8.4 using the GSA Multiple Award Schedule and intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement with a period of performance up to 5 years. Responses must be from active GSA MAS contract holders registered in SAM.gov, certified as Small Business, and the requirement is a local area set-aside within a 50-mile radius of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

This is an RFI (Sources Sought) issued by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to conduct market research for global macroeconomic model software, historical and forecast data, and related written analysis. The government requests eight transferrable user licenses, model simulation and stress-testing capabilities, downloadable and archivable country and subnational data, sensitivity analysis with transparent model equations, and training/support for OCC staff. Responses (informational only, not paid) may include rough-order-of-magnitude pricing to help develop an IGCE; vendors were invited to submit capability statements, pricing estimates, feedback, and comments per Section 4.
