The proposed project will include the complete demolition of all existing buildings, site improvements and existing utilities and the construction of three new building structures and all new site improvements.The first building is one (1) new 9,400 SF single story Transportation Building which will house bus & vehicle service bays within ground lifts, a bus washing bay, fluid storage, tire repair, and parts storage.The proposed new building will include office space and tool storage. The proposed Transportation Building will be designed utilizing a pre-engineered metal building shell with convention construction interior improvement.The second building will be a new 10,900 SF single story Warehouse building will include a high-volume warehouse storage area with high bay racks, freezer and cooler box storage, and exterior loading dock and staging area.The proposed building will also include office space and print shop. The proposed Warehouse Building will be designed utilizing a combination of pre-engineered metal building shell and conventional construction with convention construction interior improvements.The final structure is a new 10,900 SF single-story Maintenance & Operations center that include department specific shops and support office space.The proposed Maintenance & Operations Building will be designed utilized a pre-engineered building shell with convention interior construction. The proposed project site improvements will also include all new wet and dry utilities, new paving, and striping, fencing, landscaping and irrigation, and off-site driveway improvements.
