Master Services Agreement between Permanent Software Group Canada Ltd. (eRezLife Software) and the State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, for Northeastern Junior College's Department of Residence Life. The agreement covers eRezLife software-as-a-service including housing assignments, residence life management, room condition reporting, cloud hosting, and user authentication integration. The initial term is 24 months from July 1, 2023, with a total cost of $19,173.00 for the initial term.
