The State of North Dakota (North Dakota State Tax Department / Office of Management & Budget) issued an Invitation For Bid to procure printing services for daily tax-related mailings, including printing letters on 20# white offset paper, 2D technology to household letters, inserting into #10 or 6x9 window envelopes with pre-printed return addresses, applying postage/indicia, and mailing. The estimated annual volume is approximately 390,000 letters; contract work must be completed within 24 business hours of receipt and the contractor must maintain specified envelope inventory. The contract period runs Jan 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a possible 12-month extension, bidders must be registered with the North Dakota Secretary of State and comply with applicable laws concerning nondiscrimination and taxpayer confidentiality.
