The NYS Office of Children & Family Services is soliciting bids for micro-mart services (installation and maintenance of equipment, cashless sales, stocking/pricing, and monthly reporting) at the Division of Military and Naval Affairs Latham location under a five-year contract beginning April 1, 2026. Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience, provide references and required forms, comply with health/safety and insurance requirements, and will pay a commission equal to at least 10% of net monthly sales.
