AvailableDHCR seeks a Local Loan Administrator to originate, market, underwrite, close, service and report on zero-percent revolving loans to Agricultural Producers for farmworker housing. Anticipated program funds include up to $15,000,000 (HDF) and $5,000,000 (capital appropriation) over a five-year contract; per-borrower caps are $200,000 (HDF) and $400,000 (capital). Eligible proposers include farm credit bureaus, farm credit system members, and banking institutions; duties are governed by a Master Servicing Agreement (MSA) and include prompt closings, recordkeeping, monitoring, reporting, and remitting repayments to DHCR; proposers may charge an origination/servicing fee per the MSA.
