Seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing social media simulation support as part of crisis communications training tabletop exercises. The proposed exercises will be designed to test the role of public information officers during emergencies resulting from natural and man-made disasters, and the response and management of misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation. The social media simulation support would provide interactives allowing exercise participants to monitor realistic social media posts (text, images, videos) across various social media platforms, as well as provide the opportunity to disseminate information, as part of the exercise.
