The State of New Jersey (Division of Purchase and Property on behalf of the Division of Pensions and Benefits) issued an RFP to procure recordkeeping and administrative services for the New Jersey State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan (NJSEDCP) and the New Jersey Defined Contribution Retirement Program (NJDCRP), covering 457(b) and 401(a) plan services. Services include implementation, participant services and education, comprehensive recordkeeping and transaction processing, employer-level plan administration (QDROs, emergency withdrawals, audits), and investment/plan product administration including Stable Value and Guaranteed Income products. The procurement is a contract RFP (not a grant), open for responses with a base contract period beginning 2026-09-01 and a five-year term with possible extensions.
