Ideally, this solution should also handle and track road skills assessments and test results for these licenses using mobile devices operated by DMV examiners. Currently, all DMV examiners use mobile devices secured through Microsoft Azure device management. The solution must be able to interface with the DMV's system of record, VISION (Vehicle Information System In an Online Network).
