3,200 square foot Type II-B facility consisting of storage occupancies. Structure is concrete slab on grade with masonry bearing walls and structural steel roof framing. Construction includes full interior construction, HVAC systems, electrical, telecommunications, and fire protection systems. Site development includes demolition of existing paving materials, additional paving areas for vehicular access, utility extensions, and minor site drainage reconfiguration.
