Moore County seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive inmate medical care for the Moore County Detention Center, including 24/7 on-call medical coverage, on-site nursing (RN administrator 40 hrs/week, additional weekend RN/LPN), weekly physician/PA visits, total pharmaceutical management (including psychotropics), diagnostic/lab services, hospitalization coordination, urgent off-site dental, medical waste disposal, staff training, EMR and optional telehealth/MAT offerings. Vendor must comply with NC and correctional health standards (NCCHC/ACA/ADA), assume financial responsibility per contract terms, meet minimum on-site staffing (100–120 on-site hours/week total) and base pricing on provided ADP projections (~200–220 over five years); a mandatory pre-bid/site visit and sealed proposal submission are required.

Work includes crushing of approximately 5,000 tons of concrete located at the county landfill. The material to be crushed will consist of broken concrete with some rebar, asphalt, and brick/block. Dirt is mixed in with materials. Material shall be crushed to 1 1/2 inch minus. Provide a conveyor system capable of stock piling crushed product away from the crusher. Provide a conveyor system containing certified scales to weigh crushed material. Conveyor scale weights shall be used as the basis for payment. All iron, and rebar shall be left onsite and will remain the property of the county. See outside link.

Seeking qualified architectural firms to provide design and related professional services for a new forensic facility to serve the county sheriff's office. Conduct site verification, topographic and boundary surveys, and develop base drawings suitable for design and permitting. Prepare complete design documents, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components necessary for a secure forensic environment. Prepare and submit required applications, drawings, and supporting materials to obtain all local and state permits and approvals.
