Transportation Support Hub

Provide transportation support hub project. The project includes demolition, site preparation, utility installation, parking lot construction, fencing, lighting, security, access controls, and associated infrastructure. Scope of work: site preparation and demolition - remove existing grass, curbs, and approach as required; excavate and remove excess material; compact subgrade and grade site to ensure proper drainage into the existing parking lot. Concrete work - install new concrete approach; install new concrete parking lot (approx. 250' x 47'), 6" thick, reinforced with #4 rebar at 18" O.C., 4000 PSI mix design; install curbing around the parking lot perimeter.
