The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) intends to issue a Request for Responses (RFR) to solicit proposals for third party liability health insurance investigations and claims recovery services to identify and recover MassHealth payments and support Premium Assistance program cost-effectiveness. The RFR will be posted on COMMBUYS and the EOHHS may contract with one or more qualified vendors to perform one or both TPL activities. This is an advance notification; no RFR documents were available on the COMMBUYS page at the time but a WTO notice attachment is present and respondents are directed to monitor the COMMBUYS posting for the full RFR and any amendments.

The scope includes data intake from administrative, clinical, and supplemental sources; calculation of HEDIS and non-HEDIS measures; reporting; secure web portal operations; and technical assistance.
