Project consists of site demolition work (utilities, and structures; existing cellular coffer dam structures; pavements); marine infrastructure construction (bulkhead, pile-supported relieving platform and other structural construction), dredging and disposal; miscellaneous earthwork excavation, grading, and erosion control; miscellaneous utility work, site fencing, and erosion control and track out controls, and construction permitting coordination.
