The State of Maine Department of Corrections is soliciting proposals for testing and inspection services for fire alarm and fire suppression systems across its correctional facilities. The contractor will perform testing/inspection of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants and other protective equipment, provide 24/7 emergency response capability, and maintain tracking/reporting of defects. The contract initial period of performance runs from March 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028 with two optional renewal periods.
