This project consists of the major renovation of an existing 46,000 GSF three-story office building. The scope of work includes roofing, windows, doors, building envelope repairs, interior partitions, ceilings and finishes, structural upgrades, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, fire protection systems and devices, site and parking lot improvements, commissioning, and associated work. Owner s representative services will be a negotiated combination of part-time and full-time work.

This project is an interior and utility revitaliaztion to provide better living circumstances for state employees stationed at the state prison. The goal of this project is to modernize and address deficiencies in the existing 1970's guard housing. Three houses exist on site currently, with house 2 set to be demolished. House 1 and 3 are to be rehabilitated for continued use. Please note that work can not be done simultaneously on both houses, as the residents in the active work-zone house will be relocated to the other living quarters during construction.
