Provide security system upgrade. Work entails demolition of the existing control system and associated wiring, to be replaced with new control panels containing allen bradley controllers and modules. All new wiring and conduit shall be installed between the new control panels and the existing doors. A new security software system, ipfusion, shall be installed for security operations within the corrections facility. The scope includes interior renovations, system integration, and the installation of a new perimeter detection system, office furniture, and electrical controls.

Provide emergency building repairs in conjunction with emergency plumbing repairs. Preliminary observations include, but are not limited to: repair concrete walls/floors following trenching or excavation patch or replace drywall replace tile in multiple locations following pipe repair.
