The State of Illinois, Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) issued a change order notice to increase the contract for Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) services and to add System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 reporting. The services include data matching to identify accounts of delinquent child support obligors and will operate as part of an alliance of 20 states overseeing FIDM operations. The change order includes an increase for direct reimbursements to financial institutions and additional reporting requirements determined by the Agency Chief Information Security Officer.

To obtain a Tailored Care Management Program (TCMP) vendor to provide transition support to Williams and Colbert Class Members from facilities to community living and support State efforts in achieving, tracking and demonstrating compliance with the Williams and Colbert Consent Decrees. The contract resulting from this procurement will have an initial term commencing on April 1, 2026, or on the date of execution, whichever is later, and ending on December 31, 2029.
