Remove the existing rooftop package unit and replace it with a new rooftop unit with DX cooling and energy recovery (ERV).
Replacing 1 Boiler and 1 domestic hot water heater at school. Drain heating system. Remove and dispose of the existing Oil HB SMITH boiler. Remove and dispose of the existing Oil Bock water heater. Demo oil tank supply lines to the exterior side wall of the building. The demo and removal of the existing underground storage tank, sensing and alarm equipment, and oil line to the building will be managed and paid for by the District.) Some coordination between the contractor and oil tank contractor will be necessary. Remove visual flue piping from the boiler and HWH and cap the existing chimney. Seal any openings to the chimney. Supply and install 1 (one) new 1.00 MBTU - 1.5 MBTU high efficiency condensing LP Gas boiler. Install new flue piping in accordance with manufacturer specs. Pipe-in to existing heating loop. Supply and install 1 new injection pump if required (review current pump for compatibility).
