Walkway Improvements.
Project consists installing a 10-TN vrf heat pump system to supplement the existing systems serving the corridor. The system will provide an additional 118,828 btuh of cooling and 81,025 btuh of heating to the space. The outdoor unit will be a single 10-TN vrf module mounted on the roof that will be piped and wired to the five (5) indoor ceiling suspended fan coil units in the first and second floor corridors. Each of fan coil will have condensate drains piped to the outside and individual thermostats. There will be a bacnet interface for the equipment from the bas.
