Construction of approx. 5.4 miles of Rail Trail; Installation of approx. 1,465 LF of culvert pipe ranging 15" through 36"; Shaping/cleaning of ditches and shoulders for 5.4 miles of Rail Trail; Improvements to four (4) existing rail bridges; Installation of aggregate ballast repair in select areas; Installation of separation fabric, aggregate base course, and aggregate top course for surfacing of the 5.4 miles of Rail Trail; Installation of controlled access gates, signage, bollards, and trail appurtenances; Clearing/grubbing; Excavation/earthwork associated with slip repairs; Restoration Work – Seeding, mulching, disposal of trash/debris.

Construction of the cheat river trail phase 1. Work construction of approx 8,900 LF or rail trail. Installation of approx 340 LF of 18" and 24" culvert pipe. Shaping/cleaning of diches and shoulders for 8,900 LF of rail trail. Installation of aggregate base course in select areas. Restoration work - seeding, mulching, disposal of trash/debris.
